Did you know that keeping properly hydrated by drinking lots of water throughout the day can improve the performance of your workforce?

It is now the duty of any employer to provide its staff with fresh clean drinking water and the best way to do this is by installing a water cooler either via bottled means or mains filtered. It is becoming more normal to see water dispensers in more and more offices and the cost of keeping them running is minimal compared to the benefits that they offer.

So rather than being an expensive luxury bottled water or mains fed water coolers are necessity, making an office space look and feel professional and improves the concentration of your workforce.

Water coolers can be the finishing touches to any office space and can incorporate your company's logo and design, making your business look the business. It can create positivity among staff and give an overall impression to any visitors to the office that this is a company that looks after its employees, which in turn could create increased business in turn.

There are many options if you decide to invest in a water cooler for your office. You can rent or buy one; either way shows your commitment to your workforce. It can be regularly maintained by the supplier and can cost as little as £30 per month to run.
Rentals should be maintained and serviced by the company that you rent from. This can provide peace of mind that it's another thing you won't have to worry about.
Most companies that let office coolers out will clean them and keep them sanitised by servicing them whenever making a delivery and should be prompt about any repairs needed as well.

In a recent survey conducted on separate workforces, figures showed that the office that had bottled clean fresh water on hand throughout the day were much more productive than those who had to rely on supplying their own drinks.

As we all know drinking water is an essential part of anyone's day and the recommended allowance for an adult is to drink two litres per day. If installing a water cooler system helps your workers achieve this quota then you are doing a lot to help preserve the health of the employees.

So in conclusion to whether a water cooler is an expensive luxury or a vital necessity, it can only be surmised that it is more than essential to support your workforce and increase productivity at a very small price therefore making it an inexpensive necessity for all.
