Here's a recipe from one of our cookbooks. Get your stainless steel cookware spaghetti pot, an appropriate stainless steel sauce pan and your kitchen accessories and cook away.
Ingredients:
1 Lb fettuccine
4 cloves finely chopped or pressed
3 TBS butter
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 pints heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 Lb cooked California frozen vegetables (or of course veggies of your choice cut up with your appropriate kitchen cutlery knife)Can cook in a waterless steam control pot.
Cook the fettuccine as directed on package in your stainless steel spaghetti pot. Sauté garlic in butter, add parsley and heavy cream, and cook mixture over low to medium heat in a stainless steel pan (sauce pan) until it comes to a boil. Add Romano cheese, salt and pepper to taste, and remove from heat. Drain the noodles and toss with the sauce and cooked vegetables. Great with salad with vinaigrette, French or Italian bread and a nice glass of wine. Enjoy!
