Most of the world has now realised the significance and usefulness of the internet and many different types of companies and professionals make use of it. Larger companies however, may want to fork out a little extra for a professional looking site of with their own domain name.

The internet is a great place to build up a customer base, being quick, easy and cheap if you know what to do and where to look. Most people now use some form of social networking site or blog site and it is now estimated that 22% of the time people spend on the internet is on social networking sites. A huge percentage when you take in to context the massive amount of sites there are available on the net. The most popular sites allow users to create fan pages for themselves and their companies or post statuses on any updates that you have. If used correctly these places can expose new customers to your main site and bring them into your regular customer base. The use of offers and loyalty schemes can greatly increase public interest and exposure with next to no cost for small businesses and companies.
