Value your customer if you wish them to value your business. Their views and evaluations should not be ignored because they are the people who are going to buy things from you. You need the customers for your business and it will only improve when you establish what they want and find out about their likings and disliking of your company.

They also benefit from these surveys as it allows them to give feedback and get the company running in a way that is ideal for them. By filling in the survey forms the customers would actually be telling their needs to the business and in return would be getting the better facilities from the business. If the customers wish to have some things changed then they should make use of the surveys and tell their ideas to the businesses for a better and happy environment.
