3. Third, is to have knowledge on spreadsheets. Microsoft Excel is used by companies to solve, record, and save calculations.

4. Lastly, one must know database managing. This is useful to companies which always communicate with other offices or clients so information will be sent and received accordingly.

One should start with these computer courses if a person thinks that these skills are not yet acquired. In order for one to improve, be promoted, be secured in work, be productive and efficient, taking computer courses are of great help.
